"Unexpected Error occured. Error Code : 10594"

and

"Warning : Could not set tray icon 3. Error Code : 10599
Warning : Could not set tray icon 3. Error Code : 10599
Warning : Could not set tray icon 3. Error Code : 10599

End of log on Windows XP Professional 5.1.2600 Service Pack 3 on AMD Phenom™ II X4 955 Processor( x86 Family 16 Model 4 Stepping 2 ).

Please send this file to support@mfshut.de"

im using Windows 7 Ultimate x86 (32 bit)

Its irritating to delete it everytime so how can i solve this problem? Wink

RE: MFSM_Error_xxxxxxxxxx_.log
Hi,

thanks for spending some time sending me your feedback.

Now about the errors:

Do you get this particular error "10594" every time you try to set a Standby/Wakeup timer? How often do you shutdown/restart your PC?

Well, this is just a warning. It will be fixed in the next release.

Hmm... It is the first time i get this kind of error. Is your system stable? Did you modify any entries in the registry?

Yes, i understand. In the next release i will consider to add an option to turn error-logging off.

One more question:
Did notice that the program is not working as needed? If so, please describe what you noticed.

Thanks for using MF Shutdown Manager.

RE: MFSM_Error_xxxxxxxxxx_.log
thx for reply

it´s a bit weird, since i worte this i didn´t get any other errors till now.

I shutdown/restart not so often, maybe once in 2-3 days, try to always have in standby to record some TV series. As soon as the PC gets slower or i get any error (not often) i restart if no record is running.

I have the OEM Version running (somehow it runs with language pack cause i installed the german version but it has installed the english and just did auto use the german lang pack Confused)
System is verry stable (most important to me, 2nd performance for games Wink) and no manual modify in the registry. But using TuneUp Utilities 2010 maybe it does some Big Grin

The program works fine for me, no errors for me except the one i posted but as i said didn´t happen again till now so im proud i found it^^. Tried some other before but they didn´t have the features i wanted to use. Its really great to have it Wink

oh and sry for maybe bad english Big Grin

RE: MFSM_Error_xxxxxxxxxx_.log
I am really glad to read some encouraging words from the user Smile . This motivates me to continue developing the next version of MFSM.

Yes, there are many users using MFSM along with video recording software. Therefor it will be useful if you write what TV-Recording software and what hardware( SAT, Cable card) are you using.

Which features exactly do you find interesting in MFSM?

If you have some suggestion for MFSM, you can write them under the following link: User-Suggestions

Btw, your english is pretty good Smile , but if you wish to write in german, you can do this under: German

RE: MFSM_Error_xxxxxxxxxx_.log
sry didnt have much time the last days Confused

I use Windows Media Center with 2 Cinergy DVB-T usb sticks form Terratec but got trouble with them anyway the last weeks (and no time to fix it >.<)

interesting:
Stand by+ wake up
Alarm (a volume funktion is missing Confused) (or didnt find?)
launch a file (dont used it but sounds interesting^^)

uninteresting:
shutdown (do on my own)
restart (same here)
Hibernate (dont know what it is xD, used XP before 7 and never hered of it)
log off (i never log off, just restart and only one account)
Monitor on/off (unsing standard function in win7)
clean up task (im used to look where i was browsing weeks ago, cleaning just once/twice a year so will maybe try "later" Wink)
lock workstation (whats the difference between lock off? so dont use it)

Looks like many uninteresting things but just seems like, its better to have more functions as you use than have less as you need Wink

[User suggestion removed to Suggetions]

Its good to have a german part here too but i think since the programm is in engish most people will understand it, all other can use a translate programm^^

greetings xMondx

Hibernate saves all open windows and files then it powers down your computer just as if you had turned it off. When you turn your computer on again, your windows and files are open just as you left them.
Standby reduces the power your computer uses. The power to the computer's memory (RAM) is maintained so your open files stay open. This means in case of power loss, you will lose your current state and windows will be restarted(not resumed) upon powering on.

actually it is "log off" not "lock off" Smile
"log off" or "abmelden" logs the current user off, this means all user opened files/programs will be closed.
"lock workstation" or "Rechner sperren" just locks the PC without logging off the current user.
